Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was fast-paced but had a lot of steps. I was asked to put together a presentation for four different rounds, and they scheduled it. But then, the presentation got called off at the very last minute, and I didn't get any clear feedback.

The hiring process felt unnecessarily long and dragged out over two months, with four total interviews. The final stage involved a 15-minute presentation to a panel of four people. Early on, the hiring manager seemed really interested and wanted to move quickly to a second interview, which didn't happen as planned. After the panel interview, the recruiter gave me very positive feedback and mentioned she'd be discussing with the hiring manager whether to continue interviewing others, implying I was a strong contender. Despite all this, I received a rejection email a week later.

Submitted an online questionnaire and resume. Had a virtual meeting a few weeks later. Got an email saying the job was filled after the interview.
