Axon Manager interviews, decoded.

My interview experience at Axon was really disappointing. Communication was bad from the start, with emails not being answered. I was left waiting for an interview that never happened, and there was no follow-up. It felt like a prank, not what you expect from a company looking for talent. First impressions are important, and this process wasn't professional or organized. I hope they fix this because it affects how candidates see the company early on.

The interview process was a little long (I spoke with 6 different people, 2 of those multiple times) but everyone was very kind and transparent. It was a little difficult at times to get in touch with HR.

This was a 6-round interview process. The interviewers were great and I felt like I could learn from them. Overall, the candidate experience was great. Axon has high standards for talent, and you can tell if you share their values and can grow with them after the process.
