Candidate-reported interview process

This was a really weird interview process. The interviewer was super arrogant, acting like they knew everything and I knew nothing. It seems like they have trouble hiring because they can't find anyone with the right experience, even though they've been looking for a long time. Some recruiters even told me that Axon doesn't really know what they're looking for and rejects a lot of good candidates.

It was a phone interview then an in-person one. They asked both personality and tech questions, and it wasn't too difficult. I got an offer within a few days. The people were nice, and the company seemed great; the whole process was smooth. The negotiation part was also not too bad, and they got back to emails quickly after the interview. They seem to have their process down.

Did a quick call, was personable and friendly. Then a technical screen. There is a flaw in the technical assignment and it literally can't compile to recognize a working solution. So you get to take a test that has a right answer but it's impossible to achieve. Have fun! Then, they ghost you and give you no feedback whatsoever.
