The interview process was really long, which I guess is understandable if you're a top contender. All the interviewers were late to our meetings, which kinda says something about the company culture. After 7 interviews and more than a month of prep and actual interviewing, I got an email, not a call, with no explanation why I wasn't a good fit.
Submitted my resume and then got an email to set up a first interview with the recruiter. It was supposed to be 30 minutes. They talked about the role and asked some really specific questions, but I didn't get any feedback. They said I'd hear back in about a week. Then I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me.
The interview process was surprisingly long and disorganized. I had five 45-minute interviews with different people over two weeks, plus a surprise IQ test. Even after all that, the recruiter ghosted me. I tried to follow up, but got no response or feedback. It was disappointing and disrespectful, especially for a company that talks about professionalism. It makes me wonder how they operate internally if this is their hiring process.
