Candidate-reported interview process

They asked me to put together a detailed presentation that took all day to create. I really felt like I went above and beyond on it, and everyone I spoke with seemed to love it. I had three separate interviews on-site in one day, which I actually liked. Then I got an email that same night saying I didn't get the job. I followed up, hinting that I'd still be interested, and they were pretty rude about it.

Had a recruiter call first, then talked to the hiring manager. Didn't get past the second round. The hiring manager seemed pretty checked out during my interview, probably because they had so many interviews that day and they all probably sounded the same.

This company seemed aggressive and I liked that. Everyone I talked to was nice. But, the hiring manager didn't seem to know much about the police industry, which was weird. They have a good mission, but the sales leadership's grasp of law enforcement terms wasn't impressive.
