Had a telephone interview to get a feel for the role. Then, three Teams interviews with some business stakeholders. Finally, there was an in-person interview at the London office. A coordinator handled all the scheduling.
It was a professional interview process with three rounds: an HR call, an on-site interview, and a Teams interview. The experience was pretty toxic and felt like an outdated way of interviewing. My personal career goals didn't really align with how they operated globally.
I had the pleasure of having a very pleasant conversation with two Allianz employees. We briefly introduced ourselves and discussed our respective skills. I received feedback after two working days.
