Candidate-reported interview process

First there was a short introduction. Then we went through my resume. After that there were behavioral questions. Then questions about project management, like how you would implement projects, what needs special attention, and what difficulties typically arise. Finally, there were questions about handling conflicts.

Had a quick 5-minute phone interview. After talking about salary, the interviewer seemed uninterested in discussing my skills. They mentioned I was too experienced for the role once I shared my salary expectations.

The hiring manager was bragging about herself and expected me to work extra hours and help the team when needed, even though it wasn't in the job description. When I asked if this would be reflected in my salary, she said no.
