Allianz Associate interviews, decoded.

I applied for the job on Glassdoor, and then my resume got shortlisted. The HR reached out to me. In the first HR round, they asked me about my availability and some common questions about myself and my current job. After that, a virtual manager round was scheduled. I spoke with a manager from South India. He asked me to introduce myself and then asked a lot of questions about my job roles and responsibilities. The experience was good and professional, but I felt the job role was different from my current one, which might make it harder to get selected.

Abbastanza lunga. Ci sono 4-5 colloqui con persone di diversa seniority, che variano in base all'unità. Si inizia con HR, poi a seconda si può parlare con il responsabile diretto e anche con top manager.

It was a fast and quick process through all the rounds of interviews and had to wait a little before all the documentation was done. Allianz is looking for good communication skills and people who have a long term goal. It's probably not for freshers who think of joining here for experience. It's for people with the mentality to grow and grow and grow.
