Candidate-reported interview process

There was no proper communication. They asked for all my details but never gave an offer, even after asking for details of all past employees. It was a long process; I had to wait more than 4 hours because they were celebrating the new year inside.

The company visited our college for a job drive, so I got a chance to attend the interview. There were 3 rounds. The first one was a kind of group discussion. The second one was HR, and the third one was with a Senior Manager, I guess.

The interview process had two stages: first, a 30-minute phone call with a manager and an intern. Second, a 3-4 hour in-person interview in Munich with all the managers on the team, which also included an Excel test.
