Allianz Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

The process on Gupy was straightforward. There were some technical parts to fill out, then an interview where I spoke alone, followed by a video to introduce myself. I think that was it. The interviewers were very professional and empathetic towards me.

I had two rounds for this role, both were technical interviews. The final round went well, but I wasn't selected. I think the BU head wasn't happy with my 90-day notice period. I tried to follow up with HR (Rajeev Krishnan), but he ghosted me. It's okay to get rejected, but I don't understand why HR people ghost candidates. I just wanted to know the interview result. I even followed up with the HR head, but still no response.

The interview was unstructured and seemed unplanned. The two interviewers were 10 minutes late and didn't seem interested. They said they'd let me know their decision within a week, but I never heard back, even a year later.
