Had one online interview with managers. Then a second online interview with the head of the department, which included a detailed task to prepare beforehand. The final interview was in person to meet the rest of the team. It seemed like the job description didn't really match what they were looking for. They advertised a junior role, but the interview suggested they wanted a senior marketing manager to build out a team. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
We had a 30-minute chat, pretty relaxed and easygoing. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks, but I got the result in a week, which was about what I expected.
Leading up to the interview, communication was great and timely, giving me enough notice to get ready. I was sent an info pack that had helpful advice and stuff, which made me feel confident and ready for whatever they were going to ask.
