Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, like talking to a friend. Even though I didn't get the job because of SPass limitations, they were very responsive and took the time to provide an update after the interview. I really appreciated that, unlike with some other company HR departments.

The interview was friendly, open, and helpful. It's about the numbers that need to be achieved. The employees are always there for advice. They support each other to reach the goal. Some other departments could learn a lot from them and come down from their high horses.

Had a normal interview with the department manager and his assistant. It started with an introduction and short discussions, then we did a soft skills adoptive test. I met with someone else who described the test and told me about a second interview.
