The recruiter at Allianz was really slow to get back to me, or sometimes didn't reply at all. It felt super unprofessional and I hope that's not how the company usually operates.
It was straightforward, the process was very simple. HR kept good communication throughout and feedback was instant. The interview was light-hearted with a few technical questions and lots of competency-based questions.
Started with a chill chat with the recruiter about my background, when I could start, and what I wanted to make. Then, I talked with two managers, which was the best part. It felt like a real talk about my experience and skills and how I'd fit in. They threw in some technical questions too, but it was cool. Last up was the HR manager for the final okay. This one was tougher, with some curveballs about my future plans and how I'd fit long-term. It showed me I gotta be ready to talk about goals and how they match the company's. All in all, it went smooth and felt professional, and I learned a lot. Left me feeling good about the company and the people.
