It involves 4 quick stages, focusing on finding a good fit for your profile rather than expecting expertise in everything. You'll meet the team and the CEO during the process.
The interview process was very good. The staff said HR would contact me in 2 weeks, but it's been 1 month with no contact. So, my advice is to ditch the HR department and create an AI that gives better responses.
The interview was a two-hour chat with different people from the team, split into four 30-minute chats. It felt really friendly and chill. Mostly they asked stuff like "Tell me about a time..." and you don't really need deep technical know-how. Lots of questions about the company's products and what they offer. They also asked a good amount about fitting in with the company vibe.
