After submitting my application, I was contacted a few months later for an interview for a position within the Allianz Trade unit. The process involved three interviews with different team members, including a case study (writing a 2-3 page article). I completed 2 out of the 3 interviews, as well as the case study part, which was due after the second interview. Personally, I had a bad experience because I did not receive any feedback from the team after completing two interviews and submitting a case study as part of the process.
The hiring process has two stages. First is an HR screen, then an interview with the hiring managers. The hiring manager interview is pretty casual and includes technical questions and a case study. They are looking for attitude and problem-solving skills.
The entire interview process felt professional, organized, and equitable. The interviewers were friendly, asked insightful questions, and made me feel comfortable. They also gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions, which made the whole experience feel engaging and balanced.
