Content Creator
The interview process included a written assessment. It had questions about the role, the content you consume, your strengths, and content creation. Each question had a 4000 character limit and was untimed. You could access it, leave, and come back to your answers whenever you wanted during the process.

Software Engineer
I went through two interview processes with different teams. For the first, a recruiting contractor from WB reached out and asked general questions. Then, I had a technical screening with another developer involving an algorithmic question (not from LeetCode). Following that were three 1-hour interviews back-to-back: the first was debugging code, the second was a manager talk focusing on cultural fit, and the last was a system design interview, though more focused on OOP principles than typical cloud infrastructure, which I mistakenly focused on. I received a rejection almost a month later. While the people I interacted with were great, the main issue was the lack of communication from HR, taking over a month to send the final rejection. Despite this, I'd rate it 8/10 because they eventually sent it. The second reach out is confusing; an HR contacted me for a 15-minute call but then delayed scheduling due to applicant volume, right before Christmas. I assumed they'd contact me after New Year's, but it's been almost 10 days, and even with a follow-up, they haven't scheduled anything, suggesting the position might be closed. I didn't even get to interview with them for this one, so I'm rating it 1/10.

Marketing Intern
Went through a Hirevue then interviewed with the hiring manager. The Hirevue had about 7 questions and allowed multiple retries. The final interview was with the hiring manager, where they talked about the team, asked some team-related and work style questions, and then I was able to ask my questions.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in WB?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What software do you use, and how?
Planner
The recruiter screen was okay. I was then invited for an on-site interview that was surprisingly short, only 20 minutes, and the questions felt pretty basic. It's a bit inconvenient that their Singapore office isn't in a central location, meaning candidates have to put in a significant effort to get there, especially if they're currently working and need to take time off. What was really disappointing was the lack of any follow-up after the in-person interview. I only found out I wasn't moving forward by checking the workday system. It's incredibly disrespectful to candidates who make the effort to come to your office for an in-person interview not to have the decency to tell them your decision afterward. Simply ghosting candidates after an in-person interview shows a shocking lack of respect for their time. Absolutely disgraceful.
