So I had two rounds, with the hiring manager and then their boss. They both seemed surprised I hadn't talked to HR yet and apologized. Then, HR called me super fast, like within 24 hours of the second interview, and gave me a verbal offer. She sent over benefits stuff and said a written offer would be coming the next day because they needed someone to start in like 3 weeks. But then... nothing for four days, even after I followed up twice. On Friday night at 8pm, I finally get an email saying the HR person was going on vacation for 3 weeks and someone else was covering. I tried to connect with the backup person ASAP, but didn't hear back for 3 days. When she finally called, she had no clue what was going on. I had to explain I got a verbal offer 10 days ago and still no written one. She said sorry and promised it in 24 hours. Four more days go by and she calls me back to say they're going in a different direction.

First, you'll chat with an internal recruiter for about 30 minutes. Then, you'll take an easy tech assessment with the hiring team. After that, you'll meet the team and the hiring manager to go over your results. Finally, expect to wait a few weeks to get through onboarding and background checks.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First I had a recruiter screen, then I interviewed with the hiring manager and the rest of the team. After that, I had a case study and one final interview. The whole process took about a month. The recruiter was really bad at following up, and I ended up getting ghosted. They should at least send a rejection if they're going to make you do a case study, especially since it was very labor intensive.
