It was a 2 round process, one was DSA and one was ML. Since it's an ML role, dsa round had basic question. ML round first had some database and SQL ques, regarding left join right join. In ml they asked use cases of different algorithms, including L1 L2 regression etc.

I found the internship posting online on the Warner Bros. Discovery careers page and submitted my application. About a couple of weeks after applying, I got an email asking me to join a first interview with an HR representative via video call. It lasted for about half an hour and was mainly about behavioral stuff and why I wanted to work there. After that, I had another interview with the actual team I would be joining. This one felt more laid-back and they asked about my background and interests, and how they fit with the team's work. Everyone there was super nice and really seemed to care about what I had done.

I did a self-recorded HireVue first, and then had an in-person chat with someone from the Film/TV/Marketing department. This is my second time applying for jobs here, and it was similar to last year. The interview with the department person was actually great, but then I heard nothing back, like I was totally ghosted. I tried to follow up, but no luck. I didn't even get an automated rejection email; I just happened to see on the workday portal three weeks later that I was no longer being considered. The whole HireVue thing felt a bit weird, and the lack of communication from HR and the interviewer made the whole experience kind of a downer, even though the actual interview part was relaxed and positive.
