After submitting my application, there were two stages, first a pre-recorded video interview, and then the assessment centre. The assessment centre had three parts: two group activities, and then a 'speed dating' session where I had solo interviews with different team members. They also kicked things off with an ice breaker question - they really like it when you're unique with this!

The salary they offered for a senior role was ridiculous. It was something you get for a junior role. The interview was fine and correct, but for a company like Warner Bros I would have expected a competitive salary range.

I've gone through a bunch of interviews at Turner, and honestly, they haven't been too tough. Everyone's been super chill and made me feel welcome. If they offer you an interview, it means they're really interested in you and want to find a role that suits you best. Even if you don't get an offer for one spot, they've helped me find and connect with other opportunities. The biggest downside to Turner's hiring is how long it takes. I applied way back in April or May, and I didn't get an offer until the end of August.
