It was a HireVue, with about 8 questions total, and you could re-record your answers up to twice. After that, there were a few multiple-choice questions. I actually thought the interview went by pretty fast and wasn't as scary as I expected.
- Can you share a piece of media from Warner Bros that you liked?

It was good, but the rounds didn't really match what the HR person told me on the phone. It was an initial HR screen where they asked common behavioral questions. The next was a 30 minute round with the director that was more strategic high level case questions. No behavioral. The last round I completed was with the hiring manager and that was very finance technical. That was the last round I participated in. There was one more round after that which was a panel interview with their crossfunctional partners, that more assessed fit.
- Can you share an instance where you utilized data or a model to shape a business decision and what the result was?
- Considering the possibility of creating games based on IPs like Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Mortal Kombat, would you deem this a sound strategy and provide your reasoning?
- Please explain the process of deriving Free Cash Flow (FCF) starting from Revenue.

This interview process took about two and a half months to get to the last round but I didn't get the job. It was pretty standard: virtual self-recorded interview (Hirevue), then recruiter, manager, director, and finally a technical round with the manager and director. Each round probably had a two-week wait. Most questions were typical, asking about my experience. The technical round involved analyzing data and presenting it in any way I chose. Overall, the process wasn't too bad, even though the wait was forever just to be told no.
- Could you elaborate on your experience and explain why you believe it aligns well with this position?
- How would you approach analyzing the provided data and presenting your findings?
