It was a pretty easy process, just one Zoom call with 2 senior managers. They each asked about 3-4 questions, nothing too wild, just standard stuff. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and felt like a normal conversation. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me what your understanding of this position is?

Four rounds from mid-senior level. Took around 2 months. Quick with scheduling follow-ups. Was very conversational and informative. Also asked scenario based questions throughout.
