Went through a Hirevue then interviewed with the hiring manager. The Hirevue had about 7 questions and allowed multiple retries. The final interview was with the hiring manager, where they talked about the team, asked some team-related and work style questions, and then I was able to ask my questions.

I sent my application online through the company's website. About two weeks later, I got a response asking me to complete a recorded interview on HireVue. A week after that, HR got in touch and I had a Zoom call with the Executive Director of Social Media, who would have been my direct manager.

The interview process started with a written application. Then there was a video interview where you record yourself answering some casual questions. Finally, there was an Assessment Day on-site. This involved two group activities: one where we had to work as a team to propose something, and another task where they watched us to see how we worked and communicated in a team. From my experience and what I've heard from previous interns, it seems like they tend to hire from specific universities, mainly Russell Group ones. It felt like some people at the assessment day were there just for show, maybe for 'equal opportunities', and not really for hiring.
