Screening with Recruiter - 20 min discussion. Interview with Hiring manager - 60 min. Got rejection after this round. Twitch interviews are mostly behavioral based. As this was entry level position, they were assessing more on behavioral aspects and how can candidate be well suited for their team, culture. Interviewer was friendly and encouraged questions.

Applied online, then got an email from a recruiter about a week later for a screening. The screening went well and they told me the process could take 4-6 weeks total if I got far (at that point, I already knew it wasn't a great fit for me). I passed the screening and moved on to the first round with the director. They were nice, but the role itself didn't really seem to make sense. It sounded like a sales role but without specific monetary goals. The job is basically to recruit content creators to join and stream on Twitch, but during the interview, it felt like a new role they were testing out.

The interview process involved an initial HR call where they asked general questions about how you fit the role and some Amazon Principle fitting questions, relating them to your past work experiences. This was followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager, then a Peer panel, and finally the Global Lead. In each of these subsequent sections, the interviewers would pick one Amazon Leadership principle and ask you to share specific working experiences that align with that principle.

It took a few weeks and a few interviews to get through the process. It started with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, then his boss and another teammate. The interviews were a mixed bag, some easy, some tough. I felt I did well and my background fit the job. The worst part was after all those interviews, getting a generic rejection email. When I asked the recruiter for feedback, they said they can't give any because of company policy. Honestly, the interviews themselves weren't that hard and everyone was nice, but that impersonal rejection after so much time was disappointing. A simple email saying they're going with others would have been better.
