Got a reply next day of application - told to take a test in Codility. Asked to solve 2 tasks within 240 minutes. Scored well, May be missed a few test cases for one task. Filtered to Second round which was a Technical Phone Interview with Coderpad. It was scheduled immediately with no delay after checking my availability. They have changed the schedule twice. Second round was scheduled for an hour. But it lasted for 30-40 mins. Asked few behavioral and a technical question He told recruiter will reach out to you with feedback. Received a mail with no offer after 3 days.

Technical Coding Behavioral System Design
I applied online and got a quick reply which led to a phone screen. The recruiter didn't share much detail, but mentioned I'd interview with the engineering manager soon after. This call was technical, done on Coderpad, and included Q&A and frontend technical scenarios, with basic data structure questions for the coding part. I didn't hear back for 2.5 weeks after that, thought I was ghosted. Then, they surprisingly scheduled an on-site, which was standard with 5 1-1 interviews: 3 technical, 1 with a PM for behavioral, and another with Q&A and technical situations. I felt I didn't perform well on the onsite, but it was a decent experience overall. The recruitment process itself was the main letdown, but otherwise, it was standard or positive, though I acknowledge I was lacking in skills.
