So the interview started with the HR exec and the department people greeting me. They were really nice the whole time and kept telling me that the working environment at Top Glove is really tough and you need to be mentally and physically strong to do well. Overall, I was happy with how the interview went and thankful I got the chance to interview with them.

The interview process felt really drawn out, with way too many quizzes, and the pay they offered wasn't that great either. It seemed like their procurement team does things pretty unconventionally compared to other places. They didn't seem to appreciate procurement pros who are good at analyzing things, solving complex problems, and managing procurement according to contracts. Ultimately, it wasn't a good fit, and I found a better offer somewhere else. (Fortunate for me!)

Before the interview, I had to complete an Excel test. The interview itself was moderately difficult. I was interviewed by a panel of three people, and they handled the process professionally. They asked me a lot about my past experience. Even though it was for a contract role, they were quite strict in their candidate selection.
