Manager
Smooth process with good interviewer. You can try the company if you like the good benefits and good environment. It's ok to try, ok to go, ok to join, ok to enter, ok to work here.
- What is your life motivation
Management Associate
The interview process has 3 stages. First, there's an online test with 5 sections covering math, sequences, English, personality, and a short essay. If you pass that, you move to a virtual assessment that has two parts. The first part is a group interview, and if you pass that screening, you go on to a panel interview. The last stage is a factory manager interview. This whole thing could take almost 2 hours.
- Can you tell me about the questions asked based on your resume, especially since you are a Fresh Graduate?
Management Trainee
The interview process was smooth and very thorough. They have a systematic flow for the interview and the process was pleasant. I went to an open interview, and there were three steps first. They checked for health, then they also had an IQ test, and lastly, a verbal 1 to 1 interview with a nice and friendly interviewer.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
