The overall interview process was well-structured and professional. The recruitment team communicated in a timely manner, and each stage was clearly explained beforehand. The interviewers were respectful and allowed me enough space to share my experience, while also asking thoughtful questions relevant to the role.

The whole process was tedious. When I got there, nobody knew I was coming and I was sent to the wrong check-in spot. They confiscated my phone at the entrance because of company rules. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be 'fetched'. Then they measured my weight and height before the assessment kicked off. The interview itself was 30 minutes, and at the end, they asked if I had any questions. When I asked them, they started challenging my questions, which stretched the interview for another 40 minutes. One interviewer seemed arrogant and didn't try to make me feel comfortable with the questions or the situation. He also asked really personal and frankly ridiculous questions. My overall impression of the company was terrible. Even the factory office environment felt unhealthy, with constant reminders to be efficient. They gave me a verbal offer but said I needed to lose weight before the contract would be sent. This is outright discrimination, so I turned down the offer.

There was a written test covering IQ, math, and behavioral aspects. The interview included many technical and personality questions. They also verified the information on your employment form. The plant manager spent about two hours explaining the job responsibilities. It wasn't too difficult overall, but reviewing some technical topics related to your degree is a good idea. General questions included explaining concepts like heat transfer, piping design, absorption, and adsorption. It's also important to research the company beforehand.
