Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Top Glove.
Executive
The interview was over an hour long and included HR, the hiring manager, a senior manager, and the general manager. The interviewer was strict but honest about the work environment. There was a clap ceremony before and after the session. The HR person was great and engaged with candidates throughout.
- Are you confident you can adapt to this fast-paced environment?
Executive
The interview was online via Microsoft Teams and was a bit difficult because the interviewer was wearing a mask, making it hard to hear the questions. Overall, it was an average experience. I haven't heard back yet, though they said they'd contact passed candidates in 2-3 weeks, so I guess I didn't get the offer.
- Tell me about yourself, why Top Glove, and the challenges you foresee.
- Introduce yourself, explain your interest in Top Glove, and discuss challenges.
- Can you introduce yourself, state your reasons for applying to Top Glove, and outline any challenges?
Executive
The interview process involves two interview slots. Typically, candidates must complete a test before the interview. Successful candidates then proceed to a medical checkup. The entire process is generally very fast and smooth. If there's no feedback after a week, it's okay to follow up.
- As I was a fresh graduate, there weren't many technical questions.
