So there are 3 stages to the interview process. First you fill out the form, then there is a digital assessment which is about an hour long and has mostly objective questions. Finally, there is a video interview which is also an hour long with HR and an engineer. It usually takes 2-3 weeks after you submit the form for them to get back to you.

So there was a good mix of technical and general questions. They really wanted to know if I am someone who learns and applies stuff continuously. Technical questions were about heat transfer and mechanical design. I had 2 interviews with management. They are looking for someone who is bold, independent, can handle a lot of pressure, and can adapt to fast changes to get the job done quickly. The interviewers were professional.
