Software Engineer
The company was really communicative at first, making me feel like they were super interested. But then, they got quiet, and it was hard to get updates. Later, I found out they don't do visa sponsorships, which they didn't mention upfront even though it was on the job description, which was a bummer since that was a big deal for me. In the end, I got a generic rejection email saying they wouldn't keep my info for other jobs. The whole thing felt secretive and confusing, and it wasted my time because of the visa issue they didn't mention earlier.
- Can you share an example of a challenging bug you encountered and resolved, and describe your follow-up actions post-resolution?
Sales Intern
First, I had an interview with HR, who was very welcoming. They asked typical behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time when...' and 'Why did you choose this school?'. The second interview was with members of the sales team. They had me conduct a full sales call. The tricky part for me was the discussion in Swiss-German, as I speak standard German. Unfortunately, I didn't pass this round.

Demand Planner
So, the interview process started with an HR call that was about an hour long. The HR person was nice, but didn't seem to know much about supply chain, so we mostly talked about my past work. She even gave me some tips for the next interview with the manager. Then, I met with the hiring manager and someone from a related team. That went well, and I got an Excel case study to do within two weeks. I spent a lot of time on it, but didn't get the job. For a junior to mid-level role, the case study felt like a really big ask for time and effort, which made me wonder if it was really needed.

Customer Care Representative
So there were like 3 or 4 talks. It started with a chat with HR and the team lead on the computer. Then my second interview was with the team manager and the team lead (which was mostly just a nice chat to get to know each other, and we did this case study which was actually super fun). After that, I had one last talk with the team lead and then a chat with 2 coworkers to check if I was a good culture fit. Honestly, the whole thing was pretty enjoyable. Everyone was really cool and made me feel welcome.
- Given examples of customer emails and no knowledge of company policies, how would you respond?
