Partner Manager
First contact with talent acquisition, a bit of a confusing interview, then met with the manager where we took time to discuss the role. Then, a meeting with the manager and their N+2 (in English) involving a business case and an offer.
- Have you ever faced failure?
Partner Manager
This was one of the better interview experiences I've had. They were quick to respond in the initial stages, and very flexible when scheduling the longer interviews. It started with a CV submission, then a one-way interview, followed by a 30-minute chat with HR, and finally a 1-hour task-based interview.
- What brought to your attention the issue of food waste?
Partner Manager
I started with a video recording interview and then had a full interview. It was annoying because they didn't tell me there would be an exercise during the full interview, which would have been good to know beforehand to prepare. Then, one of the interviewers was sick, so the person I was talking to promised to get back to me quickly. I followed up two more times, and they apologized for the delay but kept saying they'd follow up. After that, they just stopped responding. I eventually checked the job on LinkedIn and saw it was filled. It's okay if they found someone better, but they should at least let candidates know and not just ghost them. I think this review is fair because I emailed the person I was dealing with to complain, and they still didn't respond with an explanation. Keep this in mind before considering a job here.
- They gave me an exercise where I had to analyze a spreadsheet with columns of data to determine which partners would be the best to focus on and provide reasons why.
