Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Too Good To Go.
Sales Intern
First, I had an interview with HR, who was very welcoming. They asked typical behavioral questions like 'Tell me about a time when...' and 'Why did you choose this school?'. The second interview was with members of the sales team. They had me conduct a full sales call. The tricky part for me was the discussion in Swiss-German, as I speak standard German. Unfortunately, I didn't pass this round.
- Can you tell me why you chose this school?
- Could you share an instance where you had to sell something?
Sales Intern
It's a simple online interview first to see if you're a good fit personality-wise and if you align with the company's values. Then there's an in-person interview that's more about your skills, and it includes an improvisation exercise. It all usually happens really fast, and they're pretty upfront about where you stand.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your career aspirations?
Sales Intern
They ask you about whether you know the app. if you've used it, why a sales position and why that company. Also, how you would handle a 'no' from a client.
- Tell me about your experience and review your resume.
