Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Too Good To Go.
Sales Development Representative
It was a really nice and welcoming interview experience. The last part of the interview process involved a 5-hour visit to the office, which included some chats with team members, mock calls, and reviewing a pre-prepared task.
- What motivates your interest in joining our company?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process with Too Good To Go was pretty rough. It started with a recruitment agency handling the first couple of interviews online. Then, I was invited for a 4-hour in-person 'assessment' at their office, scheduled during working hours on a Wednesday. They mentioned that skipping it would just make the process longer and involve 3-4 separate online interviews, but really pushed for us to attend. I rearranged my schedule to go, and it turned out there were about 15 of us, some even from Barcelona. The whole thing felt rushed and disorganized. Some interviewers weren't very nice, and after keeping us for four hours, we got no feedback or formal rejection. I never heard back. It's frustrating how demanding and time-consuming this was, especially since this kind of thing is becoming more common.
- Can you assess and role play sales tactics?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process felt laid-back and provided a good amount of information. I really liked meeting the recruiter I spoke with. They asked me about my background, what I knew about the company, and how I'd deal with the rejection inherent in an SDR role.
- Tell me about how you manage rejection.
- Is a hybrid work arrangement acceptable to you?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at Too Good To Go?
