I applied through the online form and after a few days, Giorgia contacted me by phone (without sending an email first) asking if it was a good time to talk. I said yes, but I didn't think they would actually conduct a real interview, I thought it would be more of a get-to-know-you chat. During the same call, she also had me do a simulation, without giving me time to prepare or even warning me beforehand. I found it quite unfair, especially since the interviewer herself admitted she doesn't usually do that. The simulation was difficult and made me uncomfortable. Also, her tone was very robotic (she was reading) and not at all empathetic. It felt like an interview designed to put me on the spot rather than to hire someone.

Had a chat with HR to go over my work background. Then I met with the area manager, who asked more questions about my background and also had me do a mock meeting with a prospect. The next step was meeting with the sales manager.
