First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Too Good To Go.
Business Development Representative
I went through 3 interviews with their recruitment agency starting in mid-August, with a start date set for September 25, 2025. I was supposed to have the final interview a few days later, but I was just ghosted. No email or call about anything. I reached out at least to find out what happened, but I never got a response.
- Why do you want to work for Too Good To Go?
Business Development Representative
I applied on LinkedIn and was sent a link to set up an interview. All the available times were in the middle of the night, so I had to push it to the next week. The next day, I heard back and they wanted to schedule an interview for the day after that, which I was able to do. The interview itself was pretty standard, but it seemed very streamlined, like they'd hire anyone. They mentioned expecting 50 cold calls a day and bringing in 17 accounts a month, which sounds pretty impossible. There was also an expectation of traveling three weeks out of every six to different markets. They planned to onboard everyone in New York within a week, so they really wanted to speed up the interview process and scheduled the second interview for the very next day. I said I would do it, but after checking Glassdoor reviews and seeing the standards they set in the interview, I decided to withdraw my application.
- Do you know our app?
Business Development Representative
It started with a 15-minute video screening call, then a short assignment. After that, I had an in-person assessment center with various activities. This included a sales call roleplay, two interviews, and a group task to see how I work and cooperate in team scenarios. The whole process was quite easy but still competitive. Mostly behavioral and experience questions focusing on my background and motivation for sales. Prior sales experience and cultural fit are really important.
- Can you share a time you recently faced a difficulty?
- What motivates your interest in a sales career?
- Describe your previous sales experience.
