First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Too Good To Go.
Customer Care Representative
So there were like 3 or 4 talks. It started with a chat with HR and the team lead on the computer. Then my second interview was with the team manager and the team lead (which was mostly just a nice chat to get to know each other, and we did this case study which was actually super fun). After that, I had one last talk with the team lead and then a chat with 2 coworkers to check if I was a good culture fit. Honestly, the whole thing was pretty enjoyable. Everyone was really cool and made me feel welcome.

Customer Experience Specialist
So I had this first interview on video, just some general questions. Then they sent me a case study after a second video call interview. I waited about a week after sending it. After that, I had a third video call interview, where they asked me more about myself and my background. A week after that, I got an email saying they decided to pause hiring for the role and would keep my info on file.
- What made you decide to apply to TGTG?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- How would you describe the app to someone who is not tech-savvy, like your grandmother?
Customer Service Representative
The HR person (people culture) reached out to me on LinkedIn, mentioning I'd be a good fit. I responded quickly to set up an interview. Interestingly, I had to send a follow-up email because she forgot to give me a date! The interview itself went well, but I never received any feedback. I sent two more emails inquiring about their interest and the possibility of a second interview, but heard nothing back. It's quite disappointing and feels disrespectful, especially coming from someone in a 'people culture' role who spoke highly of the company and team during the interview. If this is how the HR operates, I'm actually relieved I didn't proceed to the next stage.
- Could you tell me about your previous customer service experience?
- What attracts you to Too Good To Go?
