It was a super straightforward interview process. Started with an initial chat with HR, then I interviewed with the head of sales and the country manager. After that, HR did a final review, and I got the offer within about 4 weeks. HR kept me updated on everything.

It was a 3 step process. First I sent my CV in through the online portal and then I had an interview with someone from P&C. The interview was super relaxed, mainly focused on who I am and who TGTG are. The last stage was with the team lead and the head of sales for the position. It was another laid-back chat about my background and how I could apply it to the role. I found out quickly how I did in the interviews and they don't keep you waiting around for a call. In the P&C interview, they told me at the end that I was moving on, which was great. And again, after the final interview, I heard back the same day that I got the job. They're really quick and don't leave you hanging.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I spoke with a recruiter about a week after submitting my application. Then, over the next few days, I completed two case studies, which were also a sort of one-way interview. About a week after that, I had a video call with two people who are higher up in the company. The first chat with the recruiter went really well. The case studies/one-way interview took up a bit of time, but it was manageable. The last interview was with two sales team leaders, one based locally and the other in a different state. The local leader conducted a traditional interview, while the other leader focused on coaching, which felt a bit impersonal, like a performance, and rushed. All in all, it was a strange experience. I was really looking forward to working for this company and believed in their mission, but because I felt a disconnect during the coaching part, I was fine with it when they told me a week later that they were moving forward with other candidates.
