Even though I didn't get the job, the interview process itself was pretty good. The person interviewing me seemed really engaged and interested. It was about an hour long and the interviewer was from HR.

Behavioral Technical Case

Even though I felt unqualified initially, they reached out after I sent my resume and cover letter for a one-way interview. About two weeks later, they scheduled a Zoom call. The interviewer was super friendly and clearly explained the next steps and expectations. The next stage involved a take-home case study, followed by another interview with more technical questions. Although I didn't end up meeting the requirements, it was a really positive experience, and I met some great people.

Pretty simple process - they had me do a mock call, and then I met with the director. I received a lot of feedback after the mock call. They asked some standard behavioral questions at the end.
