Behavioral Case

It was a pretty easy process, they gave me some help along the way. Mostly behavioral questions, but you really need to know what Third Bridge and its clients do. The second round was a case interview where I had to know job titles and what questions different job functions answer. I messed up on that part but managed to recover and get to the final round which was all behavioral again.

Behavioral

This was the first interview, done online, for the french-speaking associate, client services position. It was 45 minutes long. The interviewer was nice and friendly, and the questions weren't too hard. I think I didn't get the offer because I focused too much on business intelligence and analysis, but it was really more of a sales and client-facing job.

Behavioral Case Other

The interview process began with an HR screening. This was followed by a lengthy, almost two-hour interview with two interviewers. The majority of this second round was dedicated to behavioral questions, and they really dug deep with follow-up questions, like after asking about changing someone’s mind, they asked why my teammates disagreed initially. The latter part of this interview involved a peculiar case study designed to assess cold-calling skills, which didn't seem relevant to the job. The whole process took about two hours. The role itself didn't sound appealing, with poor working hours and a bad company culture.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process took a while, around three months for three rounds. They didn't end up extending an offer. First, I met with team leads in person. Then, they gave me a technical task to complete. I got the feedback on that task about a month later, after a lot of follow-ups. The final round was with a partner, and I received the results for that after another month, also requiring several follow-ups.
