Case Behavioral

The interview process at Third Bridge, while lasting about 3–4 months, is quite structured and the communication throughout was always clear. It started with HR screenings and moved into several interview stages, including a couple of case study interviews with management. These interviews were straightforward and really gave a good feel for the role, what's expected, and the company culture. The interviewers were professional and helpful, which made it feel engaging instead of stressful. It felt like a thorough process that truly reflected the job.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So the interview was pretty structured, they told me what to expect which was nice. It started with like a quick call with HR to check my background and see if I was even interested and if I fit. Then there were interviews with people on the team or the boss, these were about seeing if I could solve problems, talk clearly, and deal with actual client situations. They also gave me a case study or a task to do that was like the job itself, focusing on things like figuring out what's most important, writing stuff, and working with different people. The last parts were with more senior people and were more about my personality, like if I'd fit in, if I could bounce back from tough stuff, and if I could handle working fast and hitting targets. It felt tough but fair, and they were clear about what they wanted at each step and what the job was like.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How did you handle prioritizing when things got hectic, and how did you juggle different people's needs while still meeting deadlines?
  • Can you elaborate on how you manage multiple stakeholders while still delivering against tight timelines?

Behavioral Case Other

The interview process began with an HR screening. This was followed by a lengthy, almost two-hour interview with two interviewers. The majority of this second round was dedicated to behavioral questions, and they really dug deep with follow-up questions, like after asking about changing someone’s mind, they asked why my teammates disagreed initially. The latter part of this interview involved a peculiar case study designed to assess cold-calling skills, which didn't seem relevant to the job. The whole process took about two hours. The role itself didn't sound appealing, with poor working hours and a bad company culture.
