Behavioral Presentation

So before the recruiter call, there was a project assessment, which was a power point presentation on who the 'experts' would be that you'd present to the client for a project. The first interview involved discussing your work experience and then answering STAR behavioral competency questions. After that, there was time for you to ask questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process began positively with external recruiters who were professional and organized. They reached out about two roles, indicating my background was a good fit. However, the experience declined significantly during the first internal interview. I interviewed for the same role in two different locations, but had the same interviewer for both. Unfortunately, her conduct was consistently unprofessional in both interviews. She was late, seemed disengaged, and uninterested, playing with her hair. It felt like I wasn't being seriously considered from the start. To make it worse, both interviews were nearly identical, even though the roles were in different states. She exclusively asked the same SOAR questions without any follow-up, making the second interview a frustrating repetition. Adding to the unprofessionalism, during the second interview, she took a five-minute break to consult her team after I mentioned we'd already spoken, as if she needed permission to continue. I'm honestly glad she didn't proceed with me, as I believe she would have been my manager, and I wouldn't have wanted to work for her. Overall, it was a disappointing and poorly managed experience that felt like a waste of my time.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I had a great experience interviewing with Third Bridge for a Consulting Associate role in London. Their process was very transparent, providing guidance for each interview step, which made me feel well-prepared. I'd recommend their Forage program to get a better understanding of the work. The interviews were thorough but not stressful. It started with an HR call covering logistics and fit, followed by an interview with a staff member focused on fit. Then, an in-person case study interview at their London office with two staff members, for which HR gave us resources to prepare. Lastly, a short call with a senior member. Everyone seemed happy and committed to a positive work environment.
