Sales Associate
A recruiter reached out and mentioned someone would follow up during the week. After a few days, I got a call late on Friday afternoon. The VP of Sales scheduled a phone interview for the next week. During the interview, he asked basic questions about my experience. About 10 minutes in, I could only hear him typing. There were 3-4 awkward pauses when I stopped talking. It felt like he couldn't be bothered and that it was an inconvenience to talk to me. The next day, I was told they moved on with other candidates.
- Tell me what you enjoy about your current position.
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty basic, although some questions might catch you off guard. There's a case study in the second half with the interviewer, but it's all pretty simple and they were really open to ideas.
- Describe your approach to handling conflicts in a work environment.
