Behavioral Case

It was a pretty easy process, they gave me some help along the way. Mostly behavioral questions, but you really need to know what Third Bridge and its clients do. The second round was a case interview where I had to know job titles and what questions different job functions answer. I messed up on that part but managed to recover and get to the final round which was all behavioral again.

Behavioral

The first step was a basic screening interview where they asked me basic questions about my background and my interest in client service. I thought it went really well and they said they'd follow up. I sent a few follow-up emails but didn't hear back for over a month, and then I just got a rejection email. I don't know what the rest of the process entailed since I didn't get that far. I'd recommend doing the Client Associate Simulation on the website beforehand.

Behavioral Presentation

Applied online and heard back pretty fast for an initial interview. The interviewer was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my personal and professional growth. The questions were competency-based, but not your standard ones; they had a bit of a twist, making them slightly contradictory, so it was important to stay calm and think on your feet, even with prepared answers. They followed up with an email containing feedback, which was a nice touch.
