I went through the recruiting screener interviews first, which were 2 rounds. Then I had 3 more interviews with Third Bridge directly. I never heard back after the final round, even though they said I would. I couldn't follow up because my contact was a third-party recruiting company. It was disappointing to put in that much effort and not get any response, not even a rejection, after 5 rounds.

I applied and got a quick response within about a week. The first interview was a call where they asked me some basic interview questions. Then, there was a second, longer, and more challenging interview that included a hands-on task and some complicated questions. The interviewers seemed friendly and energetic, despite being quite young. Overall, it was a positive experience.
