First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Third Bridge.

The interview process was long, with 5 interviews and calls, including a 1 1/2 hour final interview. It started with a recruiter who conducted 3 calls, followed by two interviews from the company. I felt it was very redundant and invasive. The final interview felt a bit condescending.
- Can you explain how to deconstruct a supply chain for a given industry?

The interview process started with a recruiter phone call to gauge my understanding of Third Bridge and the role, along with some basic competency checks. Next, I had a 90-minute session with two Forum team members, where they asked more competency questions. This was followed by a brief case study: I had a few minutes to review an article, discuss potential investor questions, and analyze a supply chain. Finally, there was a Mock Call/Mock Pitch, which was quite awkward and nerve-wracking. The people were really nice and helpful throughout, and I came prepared with questions, which they were happy to answer in detail. My tip is to have STAR method examples ready for competency questions.
- Could you share an instance where you managed a challenging client or customer?
- Describe a situation where you had to achieve a target set by someone else.
- Can you tell me about a time you received feedback or constructive criticism?

The interview process involved a phone screen, a case study, and an onsite visit. I applied for an Associate Role and had already completed a case study for a research position. Even though I applied for one role, I was considered for another because it would be filled internally. The recruiter was polite and explained the role in detail, emphasizing it was entry-level and involved a lot of phone work, specifically cold-calling without prior lead qualification. Despite my background discussion, the company decided to proceed with another candidate, and I received no feedback, a week after the scheduled decision time. While the company seems decent, their hiring practices and interview process were disappointing.
