So there were three rounds in total. The first was a screening with HR, which lasted about 15 minutes. The second was a mock call interview, lasting around 30 minutes. And the third was the VP interview, which was the longest. Everything was done online, no in-person meetings.
- What's your approach for handling clients who are not very communicative?

The interview process involved 3 stages. The first stage was with HR, followed by a meeting with the VP, and the final stage was with the regional head and the team manager. The interviews were mostly behavioral and motivational, with one case study that simulated day-to-day work, focusing on how you'd identify and justify the selection of experts.
