The hiring process starts with a pre-selection or application review to filter candidates. Recruiters check CVs and cover letters to find people who fit the job criteria. Only those selected get contacted for an interview. Then, there's a first contact, usually by phone or email, to check basic stuff like availability, motivation, and key skills. This call usually lasts 10 to 30 minutes and involves general questions about your background, why you want the job, and if you get it. Next, an individual or panel interview happens, either in person or via video call, with an HR recruiter. This is to assess your skills, experience, personality, and motivation. Finally, a technical interview evaluates your job-specific technical skills. This might include theoretical questions about knowledge, tools, and methods, or practical exercises like coding, algorithms, diagrams, calculations, or problem-solving case studies. After that, the decision is made. If it's positive, you get a job offer, usually by phone and email. If it's negative, you might not hear back, or you'll get a refusal message.

Software Developer
Started with HR/recruiter, then interviewed with the team in Spain: video call in English, some simple technical questions. After that, a technical test to do within a week, maximum total of 8 hours. This test was evaluated by a group from the team in Germany, with whom I had the final interview also in English, with more complex technical questions. In no case did I see a webcam turned on.

Intern
The interviews were pretty smooth. First, there was an HR call where they ask some general questions like 'Tell me a little about yourself', 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years?', and 'Why T-Systems?'. They also ask about your university, what semester you're in, and then explain the role and benefits. After that, you have a meeting with the hiring manager. They'll ask about you, your studies again, any tools/technologies you're familiar with, what the job is like, and your responsibilities. Finally, they'll open the floor for your questions.

SAP Security Consultant
The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with a technical discussion, followed by a meeting with the manager, and then an HR call. The technical part involved an in-depth discussion on various skills. During the manager round, they mentioned the possibility of relocation assistance. The HR person seemed hesitant about discussing the salary package, noting that T-Systems has a limited budget but is a good place to work despite a lower package.
- Could you explain how to integrate Python code with the SAP function module for automating SAP processes?
