The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with a technical discussion, followed by a meeting with the manager, and then an HR call. The technical part involved an in-depth discussion on various skills. During the manager round, they mentioned the possibility of relocation assistance. The HR person seemed hesitant about discussing the salary package, noting that T-Systems has a limited budget but is a good place to work despite a lower package.

They called us the day before the interview. The interview was supposed to start at 10 am according to the call letter, but it actually started at 4 pm. The interviewer asked about my work experience and said it was less, which confused me since they called me for an interview. Then, they asked technical questions that were average. The interviewer seemed uninterested while I answered, but kept asking questions. The interview lasted about 40-45 minutes. I was asked to wait outside, and after 2 hours, HR said the team would contact me in 2-3 days. I haven't heard back yet. It felt like a waste of time for me, and they were just passing their time. I'd recommend prioritizing other interviews on the same day over this one.
