It was a smooth process with 4 rounds. All interviewers were on time. The role-related questions were good. There were 2 rounds with offshore interviewers, 1 with an onsite interviewer, and 1 with the HR manager. I got the offer letter within two weeks. All the interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable.

The first interview was with a senior manager from Germany, the head of the team. It was about an hour long, covering my studies, past experiences, and career choices. He seemed pleased and passed my info to someone in Switzerland. A few days later, I was invited to their office for another interview. This person explained their business, asked about my CV, and brought in their deputy to get his thoughts. The interview concluded with a meet-and-greet with the team to gauge my fit with the department. Shortly after, HR conducted a final interview focusing on HR-related matters like benefits and compensation, along with some general business questions. I was offered the position and learned there would be good opportunities for career growth.

Pleasant conversation. The mentioned focus areas of the function did not match the job advertisement and also did not match my professional background. Unfortunately, this only became apparent during the conversation. This discrepancy should have been noticed between HR and the specialist department before the advertisement.
