I got an interview call for T-systems from a consultancy. I attended and cleared a written test. After that, I waited about 3 hours for the next round, which was a Skype round. It was a poorly managed interview by HR. After 2 weeks, the consultancy called and said I cleared the technical round and had to go for the final managerial round. When I reached the interview venue, the same thing happened again; the interviewer was late, and my interview started 2 hours after the scheduled time. Finally, I had the managerial and VP round, and the interview went well. I asked the HR for feedback, and after 3 days, they replied that my skills were not as expected. It was a complete waste of my time. These guys are unprofessional and don't respect others' time. WASTAGE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I interviewed for a ServiceNow QA role at T-Systems in Pune. The first round went great, and the interviewer even said I did exceptionally well. I asked for the job description multiple times but never got it. For the second round, I was ready immediately and even changed my personal plans. However, HR cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled. I kept asking for the invite, but then heard nothing back. I spent a lot of time preparing and getting organized, but the whole process felt unprofessional and like they didn't respect my time. Seriously, T-systems, please respect candidates' time, share the JD and invites on time, answer questions when we try to follow up, and be clear about rejections. That way, everyone feels respected, no matter the outcome.
